Government rebates

Solar rebates of up to $8,000 from the Australian Government can help you get an affordable solar electricity system installed at your home.

Community buildings can also be eligible for generous rebates.

The government recently announced changes to eligibility to the Photovoltaic Rebate Program (PVRP), so solar rebates are now only available to households with an annual taxable income of less than $100,000. Other eligibility criteria apply.
